Pattern & tooling
Your drawing or sample becomes a die. Tolerances are agreed before a single piece is forged.
Drop forging
Martensitic bar stock forged hot, then normalised so the grain runs with the instrument.
Grinding & fitting
Profile ground, jaws and box joints fitted by hand until they close along their whole length.
Finishing & inspection
Satin, matte or mirror and passivated, then every piece closed by hand and documented for your market.
